Is the digital internships or work from home internships paid?
Certainly yes. The work-from-home internship is a paid internship; however, it all depends on the internship program as well as the company in which you are doing the digital internship. Interns can be paid in three ways, namely stipend-based, performance-based, and fixed plus variable-based.
1. In the stipend-based internship, you will be paid a stipend, based on how much experience you have in the domain of your interest and how well you will be performed in your current internship, at the end of each month during your internship tenure.
2. However, if you opt for a performance-based digital internship, you will get paid on the basis of your performance. The better you perform, the more you get paid.
3. In addition, there is one more option of paying in the remote internship, and that is a fixed plus variable pay. In such an option, interns are paid a fixed amount of stipend along with incentives that are considered variable pay, which is paid based on the interns' performance for the month.
